Policies

At Two Tails Grooming Salon, we schedule every dog by appointment in a time slot individualized to their size, coat type, and temperament in order to give them our utmost undivided attention, which keeps stress levels to a minimum by completing the groom as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Time is extremely precious to us, and in order to remain as efficient as possible, we ask you, the client, to respect the scheduled appointment time. 
Late Policy

Late arrivals can shift our entire schedule, which is an inconvenience to us and clients that are scheduled after your appointment. In order to keep appointment times running smoothly, we ask that you show up to your appointment on time

If you are late to your appointment, but we can still accommodate you, a $10 fee will be added to the groom.

If you are late to your appointment, and we can no longer accommodate your dog, we will need to reschedule your appointment in the next available time slot, and a cancellation fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Due to the fact that we have a full schedule with a waiting list, we require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled groom will be added to the next appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled groom will be added to the next appointment, and you must pre-pay for the appointment in order to reschedule. If no-shows become a habit, we reserve the right to turn you away for future appointments.
