NAIL TRIMS and any other walk-in service will be done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Proper disinfecting practices and safety protocol will by highly maintained.
In regards to curbside service, we will have a temporary double gate entry system set up outside to safely bring your dog inside without any contact. View the video below to see a demonstration of this process.
When you arrive for your appointment, please call us, and someone will come outside to grab your dog. If you are a multiple dog household, please bring in one dog at a time.
If any information needs to be given regarding your dog and the grooming notes, that will be done over the phone after the dog has entered the salon.
We will call you when your dog is finished. At this time, we will also handle any credit card transactions over the phone, as well as scheduling any next appointments.
Once you arrive at the salon for pick-up, please call us, and someone will come out with your dog using the same double gate process that was used at drop-off.
